Martinique Broadway Hotel

What a charming hotel! It beautifully captures the elegance of a bygone era while offering a peaceful, luxurious retreat. Absolutely loved my stay here!

This hotel is in a fantastic location and is spotlessly clean with great upkeep. The lobby is lovely, offering plenty of comfortable seating—perfect for meeting up with friends and relaxing together.

The staff were absolutely wonderful—so friendly and helpful! Our room was lovely, and even though it was an accessible one, it worked out just fine. While I don’t need the accessibility features, I did need two full beds, and unfortunately, I don’t think the hotel offers rooms with that setup. Still, we had a great stay overall!

The hospitality here was absolutely wonderful! Every staff member went out of their way to be kind and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The majority of the staff were warm and welcoming, though the three ladies at the front desk could have been a bit friendlier.

Jose was absolutely fantastic from the moment we arrived—he greeted us with such warmth and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His politeness and attentiveness were top-notch, and I’d give him a perfect 10/10 without hesitation!

This hotel's location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of New York City! Everything I wanted to see and do was just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The room upgrade was incredible, and the late checkout was the perfect touch to wrap up our trip. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This hotel truly stands out thanks to its incredibly warm and attentive staff—many of whom are Brazilian—who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. A lovely perk is the $15 coffee voucher per person, and they’re always offering complimentary water to keep guests refreshed. It’s the little touches like these that make all the difference!

The check-in staff were fantastic—both arrival and departure were quick and hassle-free. As a nice bonus, I received $40 in credits to use at the restaurant or café. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night, so I didn’t have a chance to try the dining options. Still, a great stay overall!
